Moreover, Miguel has over 10 years professional experience as an executive search consultant and entrepreneur in the healthcare sector.
Miguel holds a PhD in Neuroscience and EMBA, and he is graduated in Clinical Psychology.
Dr. Pedro Bermejo, Medical Director & Co-Founder
Neurologist, PhD, MD
Pedro has more than 10 years of clinical experience in the field of Neurology and Neuroscience, currently working as a Neurologist at Puerta de Hierro University Hospital of Madrid, Spain.
He’s also the President of the Spanish Brain Damage Association and the Spanish Neuroeconomy Association, and Lecturer in several universities.
Pedro is Graduated in Medicine and holds a PhD in Neuroscience from Autonoma University of Madrid. He has specialized in Neurology from the Puerta de Hierro University Hospital of Madrid, Spain.
Iñaki Larraya, CTO & Co-Founder

Iñaki is a biomedical engineer with extensive experience in the eHealth sector. He also has more than 20 years professional experience in different roles in engineering, manufacturing, prototyping, and quality management companies.
He has worked as a consultant for both national and international healthcare corporations, offering custom solutions in the design, development and certification of eHealth solutions.
Iñaki holds a MS in Biomedical Engineering and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Public University of Navarra, Spain, and a Master in Business Administration, Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain.
Martín Bosque – Software & Data
Martin is highly motivate to create technological solutions applied to the real world. The conception of innovative projects and its application to both traditional processes and new needs.
Martin has experience as Software developer for military and civil aeronautical simulation projects and he is founder and CEO at Signal Software, a virtual reality, simulation and computer vision sofware development company.
Direct communication with people to translate their needs to specifications. The design of efficient and scalable software architectures to solve present and future needs. To lead teams of highly capable people to build software that works. And lately, the generation of business from new technologies.
Martin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

She has over 15 years experience in tax management & fiscal law working both for local and international corporations.
Carolina is graduated in Business from Oviedo University, Spain and holds a Master in Fiscal Law by CEREM, Madrid, Spain.
Alfonso Graiño – Legal

Paloma is a mechanical engineer who has developed most of her career in quality management, with more than 15 years of professional experience as consultant, trainer and auditor of QMS’s under international standards as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO/IEC 17025 or ISO 15189.
She is IRCA auditor, EFQM model qualified trainer & evaluator and technical expert in CE mark European Directives. As quality expert, she has published several titles over the years.
Paloma has worked both as Regulatory & QA Manager and as external consultant for biomedical companies specialized in medical device design & development.
Alberto Farre – Electronics
Alberto is a retired Spanish Navy Officer where he was serving as Electronic & Avionics specialist for more than 20 years working in several locations such as USA or UK.
Alberto is outstanding as Project Managment & Engineer leading and developing electronic hardware, firmware and software for wearable medical devices.
Alberto holds a Bachelor Degree in Technical Engineer (Navy Officer Specialist Corps) from Naval Military & Communications and Electronics Academy, Vigo, Spain.
Carlos Gutierrez – Biosensors

More over, Carlos is an expert in hardware devices programming working in several field such aeronautics and medical devices.

Iván Cortina – Audiology

Iván Cortina, is a technician in prosthetic audiology with more than 12 years of experience in the field of hearing aids, he has worked in both the private and public sectors.
In the private field he has worked for the main companies dedicated to the world of audition such as GAES, Amplifon, Widex. Performing functions from technical director of its centers to the basic functions of a technician in prosthetic audiology. Currently performing technical tasks in training and configuration of specific electromedical equipment. As well as the manufacture of otoplasties.
He has also developed his work in pharmacy and optical chains, where apart from exercising the functions of the technical director of the audiology cabinet, he has performed functions of assistant and optical workshop.
In the public field, he has worked as an audiometer for the Basque health service (Osakidetza), performing impedance tests and audiometry at the outpatient clinic in Gros (Donostia), and conducting studies for the subsequent adaptation of cochlear implants and osseointegrated implants in collaboration with the service of otolaryngology from the Donostia hospital.
Prof. Carmen Sandi
Prof. Sandi is the Director of the Brain Mind Institute, Federal Polytechnic School of Lausanne, EPFL, Switzerland, where she is also the Head of the Laboratory of Behavioral Genetics.
She works on the interplay between genes, brain function and behavior, and her work focuses on the impact of stress on cognitive function and psychopathology, as well as on the mechanisms implicated on stress actions.
Prof. Sandi has served in several boards of scientific societies, currently acting as President-elect for the European Federation of Neuroscience Societies (FENS) and council member for the Swiss Society for Neuroscience. Previously, she was the President of the European Brain and Behavior Society, EBBS.
Dr. Enrique Baca
Dr. Baca is the Head of the Psychiatry Department of the Jiménez Díaz Hospital of Madrid, Spain, as well as Asociate Professor of Health Science of the Autonoma University of Madrid, and Adjunt Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Columbia University, New York, USA.
Dr. Baca has over 100 peer reviewed publications, several in top journals, regarding with mental health, suicide, affective disorders, , genetic, epidemiology, data mining and eHealth..
Dr. Baca has received more than 20 honors and awards including the AEP (Association of European Psychiatrists) Research Prize and 2 NARSAD Grants that are one of the highest distinctions in the field of mental health research.
Dr. Iñaki García de Gurtabay
Dr. García de Gurtubay is the Head of the Neurophysiology Unit at Hospital of Navarra, Pamplona, Spain.
Dr. García de Gurtubay is Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Public University of Navarra and Project Consultant as Expert in Biomedical Technology at Institute of Health Carlos III, Madrid, Spain.
Dr. García de Gurtubay has published more than 200 papers JRC publications and is a reviewer of several international scientific publications. He is also a member of the International Federation of Clinical Neurophysiology (IFCN).
Dr. David Calvo
Dr. Calvo, MD, PhD, is a Consultant in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology at University Hospital of Asturias, Spain.
Previously, Dr. Calvo was a Research Fellow in Experimental Cardiac Electrophysiology, at the Center for Arrhythmia Research at the Up-Sate New York University, USA. Thereafter, he was a Fellow in the Cardiac Electrophysiology Unit of the University Hospital Gregorio Marañón, Madrid, Spain. He is accredited by the European Heart Rhythm Association and the Spanish Society of Cardiology as a qualified interventional cardiac electrophysiologist since 2010 and he was awarded by the Cardiac Electrophysiology Society, USA, as the best research project presented in 2012 under the title: “Phase- and Frequeny-Domain Analysis of the Surface ECG Localizes Arrhythmogenic Sources of Ventricular Fibrillation in Humans.”
Dr. Calvo is Graduated in Medicine at the University of Oviedo, Spain, and he completed his training in Cardiology at University Hospital of Asturias, Spain. He holds a PhD in Medicine from the Complutense University (Madrid, Spain), he is graduated in Statistics for Biomedical Science (Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, Spain) and also holds a Master Degree in Cardiac Electrophysiology from the Complutense University (Madrid, Spain).
Prof. César Sánchez
Prof. Sánchez Meléndez received the M. Sc. degree in Telecommunications from the Technical University of Madrid and the Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Signal Processing from the Technical University of Valencia.
Prof. Sánchez is currently Associated Professor of Electronic Devices, Telecommunication Infrastructures and Biomedical Instrumentation at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. His research interests is focused on the signal processing applied to biomedical signals.
He has more than 10 years experience in the regulation of biomedical equipment education and training. He has been member of the main board of the Spanish Society of Electromedicine and Clinical Engineering and member of the national expert group for the development of a new degree in medical equipments (Spanish Formation Council).
Martin is a biomedical researcher at Ramón y Cajal Health Research Institute (IRYCIS), with extensive experience both in clinical research and in R&D projects for different sectors such as pharma, agri-food, health or IT. He has spent most of his career at Ramón y Cajal University Hospital in Madrid, Spain, where he is currently R&D Project Manager at the Endothelium and Cardiometabolic Medicine Unit of the Department of Internal Medicine.
His main interests are cardiovascular prevention research, non-invasive haemodynamic monitoring, cardiometabolic biomarkers, eHealth, and biostatistics and data science.
Martin holds a BSc + MSc in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Automation from the Technical University of Madrid (UPM), Spain.
Juan is a partner and director of Linkpoint Europe and Thiansan Energy Capital Partners, international consulting and investment firms. Before creating his own companies Juan worked for prestigious investment firms in Europe, China and Latam.
Juan is BSc in Economics, Master in Tax studies by University of Oviedo (Spain), with Erasmun EU Grant at Strathclyde University (Glasgow, UK) and scholarship for finance studies at London School of Economics (London, UK). He also has a MBA by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is certified risk professional by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
